This professor teaches in the English and Communications department. They truly care for their students, and they are passionate about what they teach. They attended college at Hanover College for their bachelor’s degree, Miami University of Ohio for their master’s degree and Indiana University for their doctorate. This professor has been teaching for almost 17 years, and eight of those years have been at Blackburn. Their favorite thing about Blackburn is the students.
They are from Indianapolis, Ind., and their favorite sports team is the Blackburn Beavers. They have two dogs named Penny and Daisy, and their favorite TV show is “The Last Kingdom” from Netflix. They prefer to read books rather than watch movies, and their favorite music artist is Nina Simone. This professor’s favorite food is any kind of dessert.
The most interesting place that they have visited is the Save the Chimps sanctuary in Fort Pierce, Fla., and their favorite excuse for missing or late homework that they have heard before is explosive diarrhea.
